Cancellation

User Cancellation:

a. If a user cancels a car pool ride at least 5 hours before the scheduled pickup time, cancellation fee amounting to the convenience fee will be charged.

b. If a user cancels a car pool ride within 5 hours of the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee may be applicable. The exact fee amount will be specified during the cancellation process and will vary depending on the circumstances.
